Plastic Recycling Equipment | PET washing lines and plastic recycling equipment configured for specific feedstock

The equipment-fit problem

Recycling companies choosing equipment face a recurring problem: high-efficiency machines cost more, while low-cost machines often bring lower efficiency, unstable operation, and environmental pressure. What buyers actually want is equipment that fits their feedstock, their output target, and their running cost.

Haoborui (皓博瑞机械) focuses on PET washing equipment. The team has 15 years of experience in this field and has developed dozens of process configurations and customized equipment.

The full PET bottle washing line

A PET bottle washing and recycling line has three parts: front-end feedstock handling, the washing section, and the back end. Each affects efficiency, output quality, and running cost.

Haoborui's approach is to configure the full line rather than optimize a single machine. For PET bottle washing, the company positions its solution as "low cost, high efficiency" — reducing running cost while producing quality PET flakes.

Beyond PET

Haoborui's product range covers multiple plastic recycling scenarios:

PET washing and recycling lines
Soft plastics (film, woven bags, jumbo bags, fishing nets) recycling, washing, and pelletizing equipment
Hard mixed plastics (PP, PE, ABS, PS, PC) recycling, washing, and pelletizing equipment
Rigid flake pelletizing units, agglomerator dual-stage water-ring pelletizers, squeezers, water-ring pelletizing units, strand pelletizing units, single-shaft shredders, heavy-duty crushers

These cover the key process steps: shredding, crushing, washing, dewatering, and pelletizing.

Soft plastics such as film, woven bags, jumbo bags, and fishing nets require stable washing-to-pelletizing transitions. Hard mixed plastics such as PP, PE, ABS, PS, and PC require matching between pre-treatment, crushing, washing, and downstream pelletizing. Haoborui integrates these steps into one equipment system.
