The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) has officially entered into force, requiring all packaging to be recyclable by 2030 and a 70% recycling rate by 2040, while China's 15th Five-Year Plan designates recycled plastics as a priority development area. This conference focuses on global policy trends in plastics recycling, intelligent equipment upgrades, high-value recycling technologies, brand eco-design practices, city-level collection networks, and breakthroughs in chemical recycling — bringing together the global plastics recycling value chain, upstream and downstream, to explore a new ecosystem for plastics circularity.
