Two ends of plastic recycling
Plastic recycling equipment has to handle very different problems at different points in the chain. Large-diameter pipes and profiles are difficult to shred and feed. Post-consumer HDPE must be washed to food-grade standards. Both require equipment that stays stable, runs efficiently, and produces material that meets downstream requirements.

J-series pipe shredded
Large-diameter pipes and profiles are difficult to process with conventional equipment: feeding is hard, cutting efficiency is low, energy consumption is high, and maintenance is inconvenient.
The GENOX J-series pipe shredded uses a four-shaft rotor design. Four shafts arranged to form a cutting angle let large pipes enter the cutting zone steadily. Each shaft motor can be switched independently to reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
Hydraulic automatic feeding uses a hydraulic lift with staged adjustment, with cylinder-controlled automatic feed speed. Different pipe sizes and weights enter the machine smoothly.
The overall structure is rigid, with a hydraulic safety door for operation safety and maintenance access.
3T food-grade HDPE washing line
When recycled HDPE enters food-contact applications, washing alone is not enough. Feedstock screening, crushing, washing, and quality control across the entire process must be stricter.
The GENOX 3T food-grade HDPE washing line is designed for post-consumer HDPE, covering feedstock screening, crushing, and washing. The process is built around food-grade recycled material requirements, with front-end pretreatment sorting, crushing, and back-end washing working together to improve processing quality and consistency. The physically recycled output can be used in contact with dry food.
