Blown film

GUOLIAN independently develops AB/ABA/ABC two-to-five-layer rotary co-extrusion die head technology. Product range covers multilayer co-extrusion blown film units, mixers, agglomerator pelletizing units, and automatic courier bag making units.

For film manufacturers, working with GUOLIAN means one supplier for the full line, one solution, one delivery, and one service channel. Equipment is process-adapted for recycled and biodegradable feedstock, shortening the path from trial to stable production.

From blown film to finished product

GUOLIAN's equipment portfolio covers multiple processes, materials, and end products:

• Multilayer co-extrusion rotary die head blown film units: In-house developed rotary die head equipment, suitable for recycled PE and PLA/PBAT biodegradable feedstock, producing film with uniform thickness and stable tensile properties. Two-layer, three-layer, and five-layer models cover budget packaging film, recycled courier film, high-weather-resistance agricultural film, and high-end composite film. One line can switch flexibly between products.
• Mixers and pelletizing equipment: Designed for factory waste film and edge trim. Crushing, melting, and pelletizing integrated. High-speed mixers blend virgin and recycled material, masterbatch, and functional additives. In-factory waste is recycled on site, reducing virgin material purchase cost.
• Automatic bag making units. Connect natively with GUOLIAN's own blown film units. Computer-integrated heat sealing and heat cutting complete edge sealing, punching, and cutting in one process. Matched from factory, no additional commissioning required.

From waste recycling and pelletizing, to multilayer film extrusion, to automated bag making, GUOLIAN provides not a single machine but a complete closed-loop line covering the full film production process.
